YRF Drops First Look of ‘HumSafar’ Song from Saiyaara, Song Out Tomorrow

Yash Raj Films has unveiled the first look poster of “HumSafar,” the next track from their upcoming romantic drama Saiyaara. The announcement, made via a heartfelt post, read, “Love hits right when you find the perfect companion #HumSafar song drops tomorrow!” The film, which marks the Bollywood debut of Ahaan Panday, is set to release in theatres worldwide on July 18, 2025.

 

Directed by Mohit Suri and presented by Aditya Chopra, Saiyaara promises to deliver a sweeping love story set against an emotionally rich backdrop. The film stars Ahaan Panday alongside Aneet Padda, introducing two fresh faces to the big screen in what is being touted as one of the most anticipated romantic launches in recent YRF history. The collaboration also marks the first time that Mohit Suri, known for his emotionally charged storytelling, has joined hands with YRF.

 

With music being a core pillar of any Mohit Suri film, Saiyaara brings together a powerhouse musical lineup featuring Mithoon, Sachet-Parampara, Vishal Mishra, Tanishk Bagchi, and more. “HumSafar,” composed by Sachet-Parampara and penned by celebrated lyricist Irshad Kamil, is expected to be a tender, soul-stirring melody exploring themes of companionship and emotional intimacy. Choreographed by Vijay Ganguly, the visuals are expected to amplify the song’s romantic essence.

 

Behind the scenes, the film is a strong collaborative effort, with Vikas Sivaraman helming cinematography and editing led by Devendra Murdeshwar and Rohit Makwana. With a screenplay by Sankalp Sadanah and dialogues by Rohan Shankar, Saiyaara aims to balance depth and freshness—a love story reimagined for a new generation. As anticipation builds ahead of its July release, all eyes are now on HumSafar, set to drop tomorrow and offer the first real taste of the film’s emotional heartbeat.
