Ajay Devgn Unleashes Two New Posters for Son of Sardaar 2, Set in Scotland

Ajay Devgn is back in his turbaned avatar, and this time, the stakes have moved from Punjab to the highlands of Scotland. After unveiling the first look and release date for the much-anticipated Son of Sardaar 2, the actor-producer dropped two more eye-catching posters on social media, teasing fans with the caption: “He survived Punjab… Will he survive Scotland? #SonOfSardaar2 in cinemas this 25th July.” The new visuals promise a fresh setting, bigger laughs, and some outlandish action, all packaged in that signature SOS madness.

 

Directed by Vijay Kumar Arora and produced under the banners of Ajay Devgn FFilms, Jio Studios, and T-Series, Son of Sardaar 2 is a spiritual sequel to the 2012 hit Son of Sardaar. While the original was a raucous family entertainer set in rural Punjab, the sequel flips the narrative by relocating the chaos to Scotland—opening up possibilities for a wild cross-cultural ride. With Devgn leading the charge once again, the film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Mrunal Thakur, and Sanjay Mishra, with the late Mukul Dev making his final on-screen appearance.

 

From what’s been teased so far, fans can expect a heady mix of action, slapstick comedy, high-speed chases, bagpipes, and bhangra. The film's promotional materials suggest a fish-out-of-water comedy set against picturesque Scottish landscapes, but still rooted in over-the-top desi flair.

 

Son of Sardaar 2 hits theatres on 25th July 2025, and if the posters are any indication, this sequel is dialing everything up a notch—from drama to dhol. Keep your turbans strapped on—Sardaar is back.
