Prime Video Drops Explosive Trailer for Action Thriller Series Countdown, Starring Jensen Ackles

Prime Video has released the official trailer for Countdown, an adrenaline-pumping action-thriller mini-series created and written by Derek Haas. Slated to premiere on June 25, 2025, the series stars Jensen Ackles in a gripping new role as LAPD officer Mark Meachum, who is drawn into a high-stakes investigation following the brazen daylight murder of a Department of Homeland Security officer.

 

Ackles leads an ensemble cast that includes Euphoria’s Eric Dane, Jessica Camacho (All Rise), Violett Beane (The Flash), Elliot Knight, and Uli Latukefu.
