Luv, Kussh, and Poonam Sinha Host Vibrant Opening of The Art of Confluence at The Designera Gallery

A celebration of creativity and collaboration, The Art of Confluence exhibition opened to a vibrant and well-attended evening at The Designera Gallery, Lodha Place, Upper Worli. Hosted by Luv S. Sinha and Kussh S. Sinha, founders of the digital-first platform House of Creativity (HoC), in partnership with Amrita Deora of The Designera, the event drew an eclectic crowd from Mumbai’s art, culture, and entertainment circuits. Notables like Poonam Sinha, Chhaya Momaya, Raell Padamsee, Dolly Thakore, and Shantanu Hazarika mingled amid the striking artworks, enjoying wine, conversation, and a beautifully arranged grazing table.

 

Actor and photographer Luv Sinha spoke about the creative vision behind the showcase: “My images are bright and energetic, my brother’s images are realistic, and we were trying to do something together, yet it should be different.” He emphasized HoC’s mission to uplift emerging artists, saying, “I wish to take their work further.” His mother, Poonam Sinha, echoed this sentiment, highlighting the platform’s purpose: “We have so many artists and talent in our country but they don’t have a platform… so we made this House of Creativity to give them a chance.”

 

This marks the first collaboration between the virtual art platform HoC—now in its fourth year—and a physical exhibition space. The synergy between the Sinhas and Deora’s gallery brings together a unique curation of over 30 artworks by more than 20 artists, blending photography, traditional oil paintings, digital pop art, mixed media, and sculpture. Each work invites a dialogue between mediums and perspectives, making the exhibit not just visually dynamic but intellectually stimulating.

 

The Art of Confluence is open to the public until May 26, 2025, and offers visitors a rare opportunity to engage with both rising and established voices in contemporary Indian art. By bridging the digital and physical realms of exhibition, the show continues HoC’s mission to democratize art and give India’s creative talent the spotlight they deserve.
