The first phase of the institute has already commenced at the NFDC Building on Pedder Road, Mumbai, offering a central location for initial operations, workshops, and training. The second phase will involve a major expansion, with the creation of a dedicated 10-acre campus in Film City, Goregaon, providing world-class facilities, production labs, and research centers for cutting-edge innovation in AVGC-XR.
This landmark announcement is in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s broader vision of transforming India into a global creative economy leader.
