Ajay Devgn Shares Advice for Newcomers: “Believe in Your Work and Keep Working Hard”

Ajay Devgn attended the grand launch and music success party of Pintu Ki Pappi on Monday, an event that marked the celebration of the upcoming film, produced by Ganesh Acharya. Set to release on March 21, 2025, the event saw Ajay Devgn extend his support to his friend and choreographer, Ganesh Acharya, while also offering some valuable advice to the newcomers in the industry.

 

During the event, Ajay expressed his admiration for Ganesh Acharya, saying, "I am here for my friend Ganesh, who, apart from being a friend, is such a fabulous choreographer that he can even make someone like me dance." He continued, "I am also here to wish all three of you and all the new talents all the best. Do a great job."

 

When asked about his advice for newcomers in the industry, Ajay shared some insightful thoughts. "There are no highs and lows. It’s just you with yourself. Believe in your work, keep working hard, and let the world say whatever it wants. You just focus on your work," he emphasized.

 

Reflecting on his own career, Ajay recalled how the industry was when he started out. "When I was launching, I don’t even remember it now... It was 32-33 years ago. At that time, things were different. Films would release, and we wouldn’t even know about it. We’d only find out a week later whether the film was successful or not, whether it was a hit or a flop. There was no pressure like today’s generation faces."

 

Ajay also shared his perspective on the pressures of media and public scrutiny, acknowledging the challenges that come with fame. "Those who have no time, and those who are important, will always be talked about," he said. "It’s just part of the game."

 

Pintu Ki Pappi is a full entertainer rom-com-action film directed by Shiv Hare, the film stars Shushant, Jaanyaa Joshi and Vidhii. The film is produced by Vidhi Acharya under V2S Production and Entertainment. It will be released on 21st March, 2025.
