In his post, Kapoor quoted Alain de Botton’s On Love: “Perhaps it is true that we do not really exist until there is someone there to see us existing, we cannot properly speak until there is someone who can understand what we are saying in essence, we are not wholly alive until we are loved.” This poetic reflection perfectly complements the serene beauty of the Taj Mahal, often referred to as the monument of love, making the moment even more special.

 

Kapoor and Sunita, who married in 1984, have long been a picture of marital bliss. Sunita, a talented costume designer, has supported Kapoor through his illustrious career. Together, they have raised three children: Sonam Kapoor, a successful actress; Rhea Kapoor, a film producer; and Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, an actor in his own right. The couple’s enduring love and support for each other is evident, with Kapoor often referring to his children as “AK,” a testament to their close-knit family bond.
