Vikrant Massey Promises an Edgier Sequel with Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba

Vikrant Massey, renowned for his diverse acting prowess, is set to reprise his role as Rishu Saxena in the highly anticipated sequel Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba. The film, a follow-up to the 2021 hit Haseen Dillruba, promises an even more thrilling and entertaining experience, according to Massey.

 

Promoting the film in New Delhi, where the cast gathered for a special screening, Vikrant Massey was enthusiastic about the sequel. He shared insights into what audiences can expect from Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba. “One thing they can definitely expect is a handless man,” Massey teased, though he kept many details under wraps to preserve the film’s surprises. “I really don’t want to reveal much because I want people to watch it and let us know how they liked it. We’ve worked really hard on it, and it’s edgier, darker, and far more entertaining. The stakes are really high this time around.”

 

The film features a stellar cast including Taapsee Pannu, Sunny Kaushal, and Jimmy Shergill, who are all set to bring new dimensions to the story. Massey highlighted the addition of Jimmy Shergill (fondly known as Montu Chachu) and Sunny Kaushal to the ensemble, noting, “With Montu Chachu and Sunny Kaushal joining the cast, it’s only going to get better and better.”

 

Directed by Jayprad Desai and penned by Kanika Dhillon, Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba is produced by Colour Yellow Productions and T-Series Films. The sequel aims to blend romance and suspense in a gripping narrative, building on the success of its predecessor.

 

Scheduled to premiere on Netflix on August 9, 2024, Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba is poised to captivate audiences with its intense storyline and intriguing twists.
