Fitness And Comfort Is My Style Statement Says Shiv Thakare

Bigg Boss Marathi 2 winner Shiv Thakare, who turned showstopper for Aruna Sharma and Rabiaz, said he believes in comfort and fitness.

 

Shiv Thakare was interacting with media during Bombay Times Fashion Week, when we asked him about keeping fit and being fashionable, and he said, “Personally, during the summers, I like khadi clothes, especially shirts, I find myself comfortable in them. People like me, who like to work out, like to wear tight clothes, but lately I have opted for more loose khadi shirts and pants. That is my comfort zone. Fashion is such a personal thing, each has its own style and sense, I think, for me, whatever you’re comfortable wearing is your fashion statement.” 

 

“Without fitness if you try to follow fashion, I think it will be less comfortable, but if you are into fitness and then follow fashion, you will be a lot more comfortable in every cloth” added Shiv. 

 

Shiv also expressed that he takes criticism from his girl-friend about his clothing sense. He said, “I usually take reviews from my girlfriend, and she tells me which one looks better, I opt for it.”  

 

“Earlier when I used to work-out, I would wear tight clothes, now I have started to wear loose clothes, this is also because of my girlfriend” added Shiv. 

 

Apart from his appearances on Salman Khan’s reality show and Rohit Shetty’s Khatron Ke Khiladi 13, Shiv Thakare most recently appeared on the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11, where wildcard contestant Manisha Rani took home the winner’s trophy.
