In a heart-warming display of solidarity and support, Rajkummar Rao, Jyothika, Alaya F, Srikanth Bolla, and Bhushan Kumar, among others came together to endorse a special initiative aimed at benefiting the visually impaired community, installation of a beeper audio signal device at Victoria Memorial School in Mumbai.

Jyothika, known for her elegant style, was spotted at the event wearing a stunning pink Anarkali suit. Her infectious smile and graceful demeanour added a touch of glamour to the occasion as she posed for the paparazzi.

Rajkummar Rao, who plays the role of Srikanth Bolla in an upcoming film, played an active role in the initiative. He was seen testing an audio signal device designed to assist the visually impaired. Rao's willingness to engage with the device by walking from the school campus onto the road with Srikanth Bolla exemplifies his dedication to the cause.

The installation of the beeper audio signal device at the Victoria Memorial School for the Blind marks a significant step forward in enhancing the mobility and independence of visually impaired individuals. The device, when activated, emits a beeping sound to alert users of obstacles or changes in terrain, thus aiding navigation.

The film Srikanth, is a biographical film on the life of Srikanth Bolla, a visually-impaired Indian industrialist and the founder of Bollant Industries. It is directed by Tushar Hiranandani and stars Rajkummar Rao in the eponymous role with Jyothika, Alaya F and Sharad Kelkar.

The film releases on 10 May 2024
