"Clipped" centers around Coach Doc Rivers (Fishburne) as he takes on the challenge of leading the LA Clippers to their first-ever championship in 2013. However, his efforts are complicated by the team's owner, Donald Sterling (O'Neill), whose controversial behavior and personal issues threaten to derail their success. As Rivers navigates the challenges posed by Sterling, a power struggle unfolds between Sterling's personal assistant, V. Stiviano (Coleman), and his wife and business partner, Shelly (Weaver), adding a layer of intrigue to the narrative.
The series boasts a stellar cast, with Laurence Fishburne delivering a powerful performance as Coach Doc Rivers. Jacki Weaver shines as Shelly Sterling, while Cleopatra Coleman brings depth to the character of V. Stiviano.
