Whistle Podu From The GOAT Is Out And Viral

Vijay, one of Tamil cinema's biggest stars, has joined forces with director Venkat Prabhu for the highly anticipated movie 'GOAT' (The Greatest Of All Time). The film, which is reported to be a time travel story, has been generating excitement among fans ever since its announcement.

 

The first single track of 'GOAT,' titled 'Whistle Podu,' was released as a special treat to fans on the occasion of Tamil New Year. Composed by the talented Yuvan Shankar Raja and sung by Vijay himself, the song has already become a hit among audiences, setting the stage for what promises to be an exciting musical journey. The song has clocked a whoppig 10 million hits within a day of its release. 

 

'Whistle Podu' has lyrics penned by the renowned Madhan Karky, and the song celebrates the theme of friendship, hinting at the camaraderie and bond that will be a crucial part of the film. The track's energetic beats and catchy tune have further piqued the interest of fans, who are eagerly awaiting the film's release.

 

'GOAT' is said to see Vijay in a dual role, adding an extra layer of intrigue to the story. While the film's plot is still under wraps, reports suggest that it draws inspiration from the Hollywood film 'Looper,' although the makers have not confirmed this yet.

 

The shooting of 'GOAT' is currently underway in Russia, with the team having completed more than 80% of the filming. The movie boasts a stellar cast, including Meenakshi Chaudhary, Prabhu Deva, Prashanth, Sneha, Laila, Jayaram, Mohan, Vaibhav, and Premgi Amaren in pivotal roles, promising a visual treat for audiences.

 

GOAT' is slated to have a grand theatrical release on September 5 in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi languages, further increasing its appeal among a wider audience.
