Netflix series based on Sandhya Menon's 2017 novel When Dimple Met Rishi. It was adapted by Gazal Dhaliwal and directed by Akarsh Khurana and Nipun Dharmadhikari. It is produced by Ronnie Screwvala's RSVP Movies.
The series stars Prajakta Koli, Rohit Saraf, Rannvijay Singha and Vidya Malvade in prominent roles, along with Ahsaas Channa, Ravin Makhija, Suhasini Mulay, Aditi Govitrikar, Jugal Hansraj, Kshitee Jog, Jatin Sial and more.
The series revolves around Dimple Ahuja (Prajakta Koli), who wants to be a tech wizard and Rishi Singh Shekhawat (Rohit Saraf), a young guy who believes in traditional way of dating: meeting in person, being drunk on love, and has come to Aravalli Institute to find his 'Future Wife'.
Dimple is driven and Rishi's bewitched, and wants to tie the knot with her. The series also explores many stories of different characters.
