Sharing the poster on his X profile, Mamootty wrote, “#SidharthBharathan from #Bramayugam!”
The poster designed all in pitch monotone black has Sidharth appearing like a priest entity, trying to fend away the evil with torch.
The first look poster for Mammootty also featured the actor in a never-before-seen look donning a headgear frequented with artists who perform the traditional dance form of “Theyyam”.
Bramayugam is written and directed by Rahul Sadasivan of Bhootakalam (2022) fame. The project bankrolled by Y Not Studios and Night Shift Studios will also feature Amalda Riz, Siddharth Bharathan and Arjun Ashokan.
Apart from Bramayugam, actor Mammootty is also busy with Bazooka, Turbo and Yatra 2.
Yatra 2, is the biopic of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan. His political journey and his victory in the 2019 elections will be portrayed in the film. The film also star Jiiva in the lead role, the film will release in theatres on February 8, 2024.
