Filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj took to his social media profile and confirmed the news, he tweeted, “Need all your love and support @GSquadOffl”
The note read, “Greetings, After directing 5 films, I am delighted to announce the launch of my production venture – G Squad, dedicated towards redefining the landscape of storytelling and entertainment.”
“The first few productions will feature the work of my close friends and assistants to encourage and promote their creative ideas.”
“I sincerely wish that you all watch, enjoy, and shower the same support that you all have given me so far. Keep calm and wait for the update on our first production venture. Loads of love, Lokesh Kanagaraj” read the full note.
After his last directorial Leo, Lokesh announced his film with Rajinikanth, for his 171st film, tentatively titled as Thalaivar 171. It will be produced by Kalanithi Maran, under Sun Pictures, and the music will be composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
