12th Fail, written and directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, based on the novel of the same name by Anurag Pathak. The film stars Vikrant Massey, Medha Shankar, Sanjay Bishnoi and Harish Khanna, It received widespread critical acclaim and was a commercial success.

Meanwhile on the work front, Anil Kapoor will soon be seen in Animal, helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and produced by T-Series and Cine1 Studios. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna and Tripti Dimri. The film is slated for 1 December 2023 release.
Anil Kapoor is also part of Fighter, directed by Siddharth Anand, also starring Deepika Padukone, and Hrithik Rosha, the film serves as the first ever aerial action franchise in Indian cinema.
