The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar is written and co-produced by Wes Anderson, along with Steven Rales, Jeremy Dawson.
The film is the first of a four-part series of short films adapted from Dahl's short stories, including "The Swan", "The Ratcatcher", and "Poison".
This first premiered at the 2023 Venice Film Festival. Netflix will debut The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar streaming starting on September 27th, 2023 this fall.
