Medium Doesn’t Matter, I Am Actor Playing A Role Says Romit Raaj

Mumbai, 5th July 2023 (Newshelpline) - Yashomati Maiyaa Ke Nandlala  fame actor Romit Raaj, who will soon be seen in Naam Gum Jaayega series, says this is the best phase for every actor as they can explore Television, OTT and Films. 

 

Romit Raaj was interacting with Newshelpline to promote his new series Naam Gum Jaayega, also starring Barkha Bisht and Rahul Singh. 

 

When asked about lines blurring with content creation and where it is showcased, Romit Raaj said, “I think this is the best phase now, there are so many actors who are doing serials, series and films, they are exploring all the three spaces. See as an actor I am performing a character, on which medium it is being showcased, it doesn’t matter anymore. Because right now, there are so many films which are specifically made for OTT release, Sanjay Leela Bhansali is making a series for Netflix, and he make films are well.”  

 

“Acting is a great opportunity for me to work with great creative minds, my only aim is to do great projects, I don’t think whether its film, television or OTT, and I would like to do them all” added Raaj. 

 

Naam Gum Jaayega, revolves around a woman, whose husband is accused of being a terrorist. 

 

Adding about the series, Romit said, “Naam Gum Jaayega has been challenging for me, the entire series is based around the fact whether my character is guilty or not? The cops arrest my character in the series and he is accused of masterminding a bomb-blast, and I refute the fact, my wife in the series is also supporting her husband, so whether I am the devil or innocent citizen, that is what the series is all about.” 

 

The series will start streaming on Atrangii App.
