Written by Shaktimaan Talwar and directed by Anil Sharma, sequel to the 2001 film Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, the film stars Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, Utkarsh Sharma and Aamir Naik in the lead roles.
Set during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, Tara Singh returns to Pakistan to bring back his son, Charanjeet, in the midst of an anti-India campaign, Crush India, in Lahore.
The makers of the film recently released the teaser and first single, the trailer for the film will be out soon.
It is scheduled to be released on 11 August 2023.
