The first movie ever based on the Tagin community in the Upper Subansiri district of Arunachal Pradesh has been filmed entirely in the Tagin language. Love in 90s, directed by Tapen Natam, brings the rich culture, tradition, and local movie-making initiatives of Arunachal Pradesh to the national stage.
