Every Sunday, Big B meet his fans at his residence, Jalsa, but due to his recent misfortune, which has left him injured, he cancelled his weekly ritual.
Amitabh Bachchan broke his rib cartilage and suffered a muscle tear to the right rib cage, he stated in his blog. Big B wrote in his blog that post the accident, he was rushed to the AIG Hospital in Hyderabad, and after necessary scans, he was flown back to Mumbai.
"Painful on movement and breathing... Will take some weeks they say before some normalisation will occur," Big B wrote in his blog.
"It shall be difficult or let me say .. I shall be unable to meet, the well-wishers at Jalsa Gate this evening .. so do not come .. and do inform as much as you can to those that intend coming.." he wrote in the blog.
Big B is currently busy with the shoot of 'Project K', which is being shot on a massive scale. 'Project K' is touted to be a 'graphics-heavy' film, based on the 'modern-day avatar of Vishnu'.
The pan-India film, which will bring together Prabhas and Deepika together on the screen for the first time, will release in theatres on January 12, 2024.
Apart from that, Amitabh Bachchan is also busy with The Intern, Section 84 and more.
