Sharing the song on his social media, Silambarasan captioned it, “Here’s the first single from #PathuThala #NammaSatham @arrahman @StudioGreen2 @nameis_krishna @Gautham_Karthik @SonyMusicSouth @Lyricist_Vivek @iamSandy_Off”
The makers have unveiled the lyrical video, the song is composed, produced, crooned and arranged by AR Rahman, with Yogi Sekar, while lyrics are penned by Vivek.
Pathu Thala, stars actors Silambarasan TR, Gautham Karthik, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Kalaiyarasan, and Teejay Arunasalam in supporting roles.
Pathu Thala is a remake of the 2017 Kannada film Mufti. The upcoming film is helmed by Obeli N Krishna. Silambarasan will reportedly essay the character originally played by Shivarajkumar in the Kannada version.
The film is produced by Jayantilal Gada and KE Gnanavelraja. The film is slated for 30th March release.
