Filmmaker Neeraj Pandey mourns the demise of technician, production designer and friend Sunil Babu, with whom the director has collaborated on Special 26, MS Dhoni and untitled projects.
Sharing a picture of his dear friend on his social media, Neeraj expressed his grief, he tweeted, “RIP SUNIL BABU - Loss of an exceptional technician, Production Designer, colleague, partner-in-crimes and friend. (SPECIAL 26, M. S. DHONI, UNTITLED PROD) Too many memories over the years and yet words fail today. Your smile will stay around us forever dear”

Sunil Babu has worked as an art director and production designer in the film industry. He was 50 years old and had a sudden heart attack yesterday.
Sunil Babu, who was admitted to a private hospital in Ernakulam and was undergoing treatment, died at 11 midnight yesterday. Many celebrities from the film world are condoling his death.
