Earlier, the makers had planned to release the film on June 17, 2022. However, now, the release plans of the action thriller have changed. According to the latest announcement film will grace the screens on 8th July.

Agni Pariksha is an action-thriller film written and directed by Faruk Kabir and produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak, Sneha Bimal Parekh and Ram Mirchandani under the banner of Panorama Studios.
Action star Vidyut Jammwal and Shivaleeka Oberoi will be seen reprising their roles from the first part. The first part was released on
Disney+Hotstar, and became an instant digital hit.
Apart from Khuda Haafiz 2, actor Vidyut Jammwal is also turning producer with IB-71, which he is producing under his home-banner, Action Hero Films. The espionage thriller is helmed by National Award-winning filmmaker, Sankalp Reddy
Jammwal is also busy with biopic Sher Singh Rana, produced by Vinod Bhanushali, the film will be directed by Shri Narayan Singh. Sher Singh Rana will be an age-of-the-seat thriller that will tell the true story of an unreal man, a fanatical Rajput who brought the remains of India. The most dangerous journey began to bring 800 year old Gaurav Prithviraj Chauhan back to India.
