Zostel commences the 2nd edition of its Dream Team campaign in the Northeast and West Bengal; offers the opportunity to earn rewards up to INR 25 lakhs

Based on performance, 22 chosen candidates can gain several lucrative benefits, including exploring 50+ targeted destinations across India, earning task-based incentives, receiving rewards of up to INR 25 lakhs, and gaining a formal certification from Zostel

Shortly after announcing the launch of its Dream Team campaign to offer travel enthusiasts an opportunity to pursue a career in the hospitality industry, starting with Uttarakhand, Zostel, the world’s leading hostel chain with the largest experiential, boutique properties, is commencing the 2nd edition of the Dream Team campaign with West Bengal and the Northeastern region of the country. The latest edition of the campaign will extend to Meghalaya, Sikkim, Assam, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura, and West Bengal.

With the chance of being trained and working with Zostel’s team of experts, the Zostel Dream Team campaign’s 2nd edition will allow 22 candidates to enjoy multiple lucrative benefits based on their performance. These include exploring 50+ targeted destinations across India, an opportunity to receive rewards up to INR 25 lakhs, earning monthly stipends and task-based incentives, and formal certification from Zostel.

The first leg of Zostel’s campaign in Uttarakhand received 3000+ applications, with around 200 candidates shortlisted. Finally, a team of 9 dreamers explored over 60 destinations, received sponsored trips, on-the-job training, and certification, and earned INR 50,000 on average with stipends for future audits. And the best performing member of the team earned INR 1.5 lakhs!

Offering a chance to work on paid and part-time flexible projects, travel, and train under a seasoned team of professionals, Zostel’s Dream Team campaign will allow the chosen candidates to become members of the Zostel Dream Team Northeast and West Bengal and build a career in hospitality.

To gain a chance to become a member of Zostel’s campaign, there are some prerequisites. Candidates need to be a native of the region or know it thoroughly, and while it isn’t a must, hospitality students or graduates will have an added advantage. Applications are open till noon on 20 th May 2022.
