While Pan India star Pooja Hegde prepares to shoot for Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali and hop on the promotional spree for Rohit Shetty's Cirkus, her latest film Beast is all set to release on Netflix. The film will stream on the OTT platform from May 11 onwards. Released in theatres on April 13, the Thalapathy and Hegde starrer entertained fans thoroughly with its action-packed storyline.
Going down in history as Pooja's biggest release of the year, the Nelson Dilipkumar starrer has raked in Rs 200 crore within six days. The film marked Pooja's homecoming to Tamil films after a decade and it was her first film with Thalapathy. The fresh pair's electric chemistry in the blockbuster was one of its prime highlight.
Having grossed over Rs 240 crores worldwide, Pooja's film delivered on its promise of mass entertainment, with superhit songs composed by Anirudh Ravichander and great performances. The actor set social media on fire by kicking off viral trends out of Arabic Kuthu and Jolly O Gymkhana - songs that have been the flavour of the dance season.
