During his interacting with NewsHelpline, actor Manoj Bajpayee extended warm wishes to the makers and urged everyone to support movies which chronicles the plight of Indian soldier and their families sacrifice.
Manoj said, “It is my belief that whatever amount of cinema, music, song, and paintings, the depiction of solider and his family’s sacrifice, is always less. I think their sacrifice is far bigger than anything else. Filmmakers and story tellers, who films about soldiers are somehow inspired from their selfless sacrifice, and that is the reason they bring their story on silver-screen”
“If the cinema is good, the emotion which filmmaker is trying to emote reaches the audience. And I hope, the hard work of Bharat Majha Desh Aahe, will find its audience and be successful” added Manoj.
The Pandurang Jadhav-directed Bharat Majha Desh Aahe (2022) tells the story of a jawan whose family worries for his safety as tension grows on the India-Pakistan border. The film was shot near Kolhapur in the village Sainik Takli.
The film stars Shashank Shende, Chhaya Kadam, Hemangi Kavi, Mangesh Desai and child artistes Rajvirsingh Raje Gaikwad and Devanshi Sawant.
Produced by Ashish Agrawal and distributed by Pickle Entertainment, the film will be released in theatres on 6 May.
