Evolving Content And Meatier Roles For Everyone Says Rakul Preet Singh

Mumbai, 5th March 2022 (NewsHelpline) – Actress Rakul Preet Singh says that only change she is looking for in post covid era is evolving content with meatier roles for actor and actresses. 

 

Rakul Preet Singh was interacting with NewsHelpline at the Red-Carpet Gala of Brand Vision Summit 2022 in Mumbai. 

 

Talking about changing landscape of world and her hopes for future, Rakul Preet said, “Change is constant, with time everything keeps changing, the entire world changed due to covid, people have started watching films on OTT rather than theaters, that’s a change, but I believe the only change that should keep happening is that evolving in-terms of films, such as content, meatier roles for man and woman, equal opportunities for man and woman,  and I think that is already happening, and we all are here to make a change” 

 

Theaters are allowed to run at full capacity and filmmakers are lining up their releases, sharing her thoughts about things getting back to normal, Rakul said, “It is a hope that hopefully all this is an end of covid-era, and I think our film industry has suffered a lot, you know, people working in films, around films and behind the camera, people working in theaters, so I hope this is the beginning of everything coming back again to normal, and all the financial and monetary loss the industry has suffered, they recover it fast. People have started coming back to theaters, Gangubai Kathiawadi is doing so well” 

 

Talking about the event, Rakul said, “I am super excited as after a long time there is one red-carpet event taking place, where everything is real, photographer, conversation and everything is real, I think it is a very positive sign that the world is getting back to normal”
