A handful of Telugu films, including RRR, Radhe Shyam, and Sarkaru Vaari Paata have locked new theatrical release plans. RRR will arrive on 25th March and Sarkaru Vaari Paata will arrive on 12th May. The makers of Radhe Shyam will soon be announcing that the film will be releasing on the 11th of March.

RRR
The Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam language streaming rights of RRR are acquired by ZEE5 while the Hindi language digital rights are held by Netflix. The film will be made available for streaming on OTT at least 85 days post its theatrical release.

Radhe Shyam
Same as RRR, Radhe Shyam’s South Indian language versions- Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam will be made available for streaming on ZEE5. The Hindi version will be steaming on Netflix.

Sarkaru Vaari Paata.
Initially, it was heard that Disney+ Hotstar acquired the post theatrical digital streaming rights of Sarkaru Vaari Paata but the latest updates are suggesting that Amazon Prime Video have snapped up the digital streaming rights. No official communication to this effect has been made till now.
