Despite limited theaters and occupancy issues, and tough competition from 83 – The Film and Spiderman, Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa rocked the commercial box-office. The film later released on the digital platform.
Talking about the film and what it meant to release the film in troubled times, Raai Laxmi said, “Pushpa came as hope for everyone, especially theater owners and now digital medium. Audience wants good content and when it is served to them, they appreciate it more than anything. Pushpa is a great film, I am proud of it”
“Hope, the theatrical release of film gets sorted out and people can enjoy good entertainment” added Laxmi.
Laxmi is also collaborating with Mika Singh for a remix song, Majnu 2, and was promoting it on the sets of Hunarbaaz.
When asked about visiting the show, Laxmi said, “I like Hunarbaaz show, it is a big and entertaining show, and it was an honor to visit the show to promote my song Majnu 2. We even launched the song on the show”
Further praising Mika Singh, she added, “Majnu 2 is quite a catchy and hummable song, you can listen to it repeatedly. It is a remix song of the original. As you all know, Mika Singh is a multi-talented person and before anything else, he is great human being and a good friend. He has an amazing voice and a hitmaker. Mika being Mika, with his voice, you give him any song and it is a blockbuster”
