Sharing the teaser on her soicla media profile, Hansika captioned her post, “My name is Shruti teaser out now. #mynameisshruti”
Helmed by Srinivas Omkar, the action thriller will see Hansika playing the role of an ad-filmmaker. The movie tells the story of a woman who fights all odds, facing challenges that are coming her way.
In the teaser, Hansika seems to be tangled in some sort of skin-trade and finds herself struggling to unravel the entire gang and their operation.
The film, which throws light on the organ mafia networks, shows that India is right behind Nepal when it comes to supplying human skin.
The film also stars Murali Sharma, Pooja Ramachandran, Raja Ravindra, Prema, and Aadukalam Naren among others. The film, which has music by Mark K. Robin, has cinematography by Kishore Boyidapu and editing by Chotai K Prasad.
The movie is being bankrolled by Ramya Burugu, Nagendra Raju under the banner Vaishnavi Arts. The release date and other deeds of the film are yet to be disclosed.
