Actress Kangana Ranaut was among few of B-town celebrities who opposed the farmers protest. The Queen actress has been pretty strongly worded against the farmers and today, came face to face with a group of farmers, who mobbed her car.
Kangana Ranaut took to her social media profile and shared a series of stories, perhaps the unfolding on event, which took place with her during her visit to Punjab.
A group of people, mostly women mobbed the entourage of Kangana on their way to airport. In the video, Kangana revealed, "I have left from Himachal and arrived in Punjab because my flight was cancelled. My car has been surrounded by a mob who are calling themselves farmers and are attacking me."
In one more story, she stated that she is shocked by this behaviour, that the mob abused her with profanities and even threatened to kill her. Calling the situation "mob lynching" the actor questioned her "safety".
Fortunately, mob just wanted her to know that they were not happy with her stand, after a heated verbal exchange and intervention of authorities, Kangana finally made her way out of the sticky situation.
Earlier, singer Diljit Dosanjh and Kangana Ranaut indulged in a Twitter war over the farmers protest. The law has been repealed by Indian Government.
