Actress Rakul Preet Singh kick-started the shoot of Chhatriwali on the auspicious occasion of Diwali and now she drops the first look poster from the film, where she is playing the role of a condom seller.
Rakul took to her social media and dropped the first look poster. She captioned her post, “Bin mausam barsaat kabhi bhi ho sakti hai…Apni chhatri taiyaar rakhiye! The film is helmed by Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar. Rakul will play the role of a condom tester in the film. The film is bankrolled by Ronnie Screwvala of RSVP movies.
Apart from Chhatriwali, Rakul has a series of projects in her kitty; she has two Tamil films in the pipeline, such as Shankar's vigilante-action film Indian 2 and the science fiction film Ayalaan opposite Sivakarthikeyan.
As for Hindi movies, she is shooting for Attack, co-starring John Abraham and Jacqueline Fernandez. She is essaying the role of a pilot with Devgn and Amitabh Bachchan in Mayday.
She will also be featured in Indra Kumar's slice-of-life comedy Thank God alongside Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra, and Anubhuti Kashyap's Doctor G in which she is paired opposite Ayushmann Khurrana.
