Filmmaker Hansal Mehta extends his support to Shah Rukh Khan after his son got busted in Cruise Drug case.
Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) for alleged possession of banned drugs and substance abuse. Aryan was kept in custody and today his lawyer will apply for bail.
Hansal Mehta took to his social media profile and wrote, "It is painful for a parent having to deal with a child getting into trouble. It gets compounded when people begin to arrive at judgements before the law takes its course. It is disrespectful and unfair to the parent and to the parent-child relationship. With you @iamsrk"
An NCB team busted an alleged drugs party on the Cordelia Cruise ship on Saturday. Eight persons were detained for questioning by the NCB allegedly in connection with the drug seizure on the cruise ship. Those Eight persons are Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker and Gomit Chopra.
On the work front, Hansal Mehta is shooting for Faraaz, which is based on the Holey Artisan cafe attack that shook Bangladesh in July 2016. He will helm Captain Indian inspire by true events, starring Kartik Aaryan, as well.
