On the special day of 2nd October, which marks the Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, most are sharing his teachings on social media but Jacqueline Fernandez makes it even more special by participating in River Bank Cleaning Drive, as Swachh Bharat Abhiyan also turns 4 years old today.
Jacqueline Fernandez along with local NGO’s and volunteers took to Mithi River Bank and participating in cleaning drive. The diva took to her social media and shared a beautiful note along with pictures from the drive.
She captioned her post, “2nd October, a date which is etched in millions of hearts as it’s the birth anniversary of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. Today, it’s even more special because the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan turns 4. A clean city is the best gift we could give ourselves and other citizens”

Meanwhile on the work front, Jacqueline Fernandez is currently shooting for Ram Setu and Bachchan Pandey, both the movies stars Akshay Kumar in the leading roles.
Bachchan Pandey is a comic-caper helmed by Farhad Samji, and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The film also stars Kriti Sanon in the lead role. The film will theatrically release on 4 March 2022.
