Diva Rits Badiani is back on circuit with her new song, Dard Tere also starring Sidharth Nigam, says it’s her first song post COVID and probably the toughest to shoot.
Rits Badiani and Siddharth Nigam featuring song, Dard Tere’ is out and going viral. The song is crooned by Ishaan Khan and Shambhavi Thakur. It is out on BLive Music’s YouTube channel.
Talking to Newshelpline, Rits opened up about the challenges she faced during the shoot. She said, “It was challenging shoot. The Lehanga I was wearing weighed 25 Kilos, and I was shooting in rain, it was really tough and challenging. I was fresh out of COVID, so my weight had increased, so I had to carry my own weight, that 25 kilo dress and rain, it was tough. I was cold and shivering, I wasn’t even able to talk. Now with song getting good response, I think it was worth it”
Talking about the song, she added, “Dard Tere, I think the name itself tells a story, it is an emotional song and I have tried to give out the proper emotions and the kind of response we are getting, I think we have hit the right chords. Every time I listen to the song, I cry.”
The song opened with good response, especially Rits looking like a stunning bride in it.
“Since childhood, I enjoyed dressing up as a bride and I love to run away and get married. So when you put on that wedding dress, you are not you anymore, you’re a different girl. You feel like a woman, you feel responsible, it’s the vibe, I feel it surreal” said Rits about her look in the song.
The music video is directed by Nadeem Akhtar, Nitin FCP, and written by Rashmi Virag. It is composed by Uddipan Sharma. The track has been created by Mahesh Kukreja and presented by BLive Music, Sanjay Kukreja and Remo D’Souza.
