ZEE5 Original unveils the first official trailer for comedy of errors, Kya Meri Sonam Gupta Bewafa Hai, starring Jassie Gill and Surbhi Jyoti.

The film revolves around a dejected lover who pens down his feelings on a currency note which goes viral and starts haunting the unfaithful girl. What follows is a series of comedy of errors.
The official handle of ZEE5 shared the same. It said, “Ek Sawaal jisne saalon se macha rakkha hai bada bawaal! Face with raised eyebrow Kya Sonam Gupta bewafa hai? #BewafaOrNot, find out on Sept 10! Trailer Out Now #KyaMeriSonamGuptaBewafaHai only on #ZEE5”
Interestingly, it is the last film of veteran actress Surekha Sikri, who breathed her last on July 16. The film also stars Vijay Raaz, Bijendra Kala and Atul Shrivastava.
It is directed by Ssaurabh Tyagi while Jayantilal Gada of Pen Studios has produced it, the film is inspired from the real-life incident where ‘Sonam Gupta Bewafa Hai’ was written on a currency note, and it went viral.
The comic caper premieres on 10th September 2021.
