Pawan Kalyan's Bheemla Nayak has locked Sankranthi release as it is announced for release on 12th January next year. The film will be the first biggie to release next Sankranthi ahead of Sarkaru Vaari Paata and Radhe Shyam.
Going into the story, Chiranjeevi had apparently asked Pawan Kalyan to alter the release date of Bheemla Nayak as he wanted the Sankranthi release for Acharya. He even got in touch with the makers of Bheemla Nayak regarding the same.
However, both Pawan Kalyan and Sithara Entertainments have turned down the request from Chiranjeevi as they are persistent on the Sankranthi release window. They politely said no to Chiranjeevi. The makers of Acharya are now in search of an alternative release slot.
