Actor R Madhavan just took to his social media profile and wished his son Vedant on his 16th Birthday. The actor penned a beautiful note for his son and expressed that he is proud of him.
Madhavan married his long-time girlfriend Sarita Brije in 1999, before he entered mainstream films. The couple welcomed their first child, a son, Vedaant on 21st August 2005. As the handsome young lad turns 16, his father has a special message for him.
R Madhavan shared a picture his Vedaant and wrote, “Thank you for beating me at almost everything I am good at and making me jealous yet, my heart swell with pride. I have to learn so much from you my boy. As you step into the threshold of manhood, I want to wish you a very happy 16th birthday and hope and pray that you’re able to make this world a better place than we are able to give to you. I’m a blessed father”
On the work front, Madhavan’s last release was Maara, a romantic drama which received good response. Next, he will be making his directorial debut with ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’ which is a biographical drama film based on the life of Nambi Narayanan, a former scientist and aerospace engineer of the Indian Space Research Organization who was accused of espionage.
Madhavan has written, produced and directed the film, it also stars Simran.
