RSVP Movies next, Kakuda starring Sonakshi Sinha, Riteish Deshmukh and Saqib Saleem finally goes on floors.
Bollywood is buzzing with Horror-comedies and Ronnie Screwvala is bankrolling Kakuda, a horror-comic-caper about ghost-hunters. The film is titled Kakuda, and its helmed by Aditya Satpotdar. The shoot has begun for the same.
The official handle of RSVP Movies dropped first day picture from the sets, feautring the entire ensemble and the filmmaker. The caption read, “Triple trouble on the way! Get ready for a spooktacular - laughter riot with our homegrown production, #Kakuda! The film will have a similar theme to the others we’ve seen in this genre but the story and the screenplay will be refreshing and unique. It also said that they film will take inspiration from actual events that have transpired in the country.
RSVP movies have an interesting line-up of releases, which not only varies in terms of genre. Projects such as Rashmi Rocket, Dhamaka, Sam, Sitara, Tejas, A Thursday, Pippa, Mission Majnu and The Immortal Ashwatthama are in the pipeline and will soon hit the theatres or release digitally.
