After making his debut with Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas’, newbie Karan Deol, is all pumped up as he starts shooting for his next, a crime comedy titled Velley.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Karan posted a picture of himself showcasing his new look for his upcoming project. He captioned the post as "New look, new beginnings! #Just #NewLook @nikhilshenoyphoto, Hair by @tushar_hair”
Though there isn’t much information about the movie, but as per reports, it is produced by Ajay Devgn and directed by Deven Munjal, who has previously worked on films like Chalte Chalte and Om Shanti Om.
Velley is the official adaptation of Telugu crime comedy, Brochevarevarura. The film revolves around the R3 loser—Rocky, Rambo and Rahul— who keep failing every year before they land in the midst of a chaos resulting in a thrilling ride.
Interestingly, Karan will soon share screen space with grandfather Dharmendra, father Sunny and uncle Bobby in Anil Sharma’s sequel to Apne, with Karan carrying forward the family’s boxing legacy in this emotional family drama. He will undergo extensive prep for his boxer turn.
The film is expected to kick off in the summer of 2021.
