The man behind the KGF duology, Prashanth Neel has confirmed that the film will indeed be releasing on 16th July. The latest poster released by him clearly implies the same.
“The next chapter will continue on 16th July,” read the poster shared by Prashanth Neel.
As things stand, there is a whole lot of uncertainty surrounding theatrical revenues and possible re-opening of cinema halls. So, the decision to stick to initial release plans from the makers of KGF is an interesting one.
If KGF 2 does manage to release in theatres, that is if they are re-opened, then it would surely rake in big moolah, at least down south.
