Chiranjeevi and Sujeeth were supposed to collaborate for the Telugu remake of Lucifer. But things did not go quite as planned and Sujeeth opted out of the project for undisclosed reasons. Chiranjeevi later bought Mohan Raja on-board for the project.
Reports suggest Chiranjeevi and Sujeeth might be coming together soon for the Telugu remake of super hit Tamil film Yennai Arindhal.
Chiranjeevi is interested in remaking the film in Telugu and Sujeeth is apparently the front runner to helm the project. He is working on the first draft now and if he manages to impress Chiranjeevi with his script, the remake will start rolling.
Chiranjeevi will first be wrapping up Acharya and then move onto other projects. He is likely to work on Lucifer remake next.
Yennai Arindhal is an action drama starring Ajith and Trisha. The Gautam Vasudev Menon directorial garnered a pretty good response from Tamil audiences.
