Nikita Rawal takes to yoga to keep herself fit during the lockdown

Nikita Rawal is a fitness junkie and it's no secret. She is looking like a dream and is at her fittest best. Nikita has taken to the yoga and the pictures are proof enough. Yoga has magical benefits and that's no secret Besides helping us to get in shape it also helps us boost immunity which is the need of the hour. Nikita has put her mind and body in it and she is acing the asanas.

Without much adieu, let's bring to you what the hero Abhimanyu star has to say, "It's been an incredible time doing yoga. I do it without fail every day. I am trying to get better at it each day. I think it's a process with no end and one has to enjoy the journey. I think during the lockdown it's something that everyone can take. It only has positives. I request everyone to follow all the protocols now. We are in the midst of a storm and we need to get over it."
