Diva Pooja Hegde, who tested positive for COVID-19 last month, is recovering well and finally tested Negative and thanked everyone for their prayers and love.
On April 25, Pooja had informed everyone on social media that she had contracted coronavirus. Pooja released a statement that read, "Hello everyone. This is to inform you all that I have tested positive for Covid-19. Following all the protocols I have isolated, and home-quarantined myself."
Sharing her Negative test results, Pooja wrote, “Thank you for all the love ya’ll have sent my way. I have recovered well, kicked stupid corona’s butt and finally tested NEGATIVE! Yeyy! All your wishes and healing energy seemed to have done it’s magic. Forever grateful...Stay safe out there”
Meanwhile on the work front, Pooja will be next seen opposite Prabhas in Radhe Shyam. She is also part of Most Eligible Bachelor, Cirkus and Thalapathy 65.
Cirkus is directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Reliance Entertainment, T-Series and Rohit Shetty Picturez. The film features Ranveer Singh playing a double role for the first time in his career, with Jacqueline Fernandez, Varun Sharma, Siddhartha Jadhav, Johnny Lever, Sanjay Mishra, Vrajesh Hirjee, Vijay Patkar, Sulbha Arya, Mukesh Tiwari, Anil Charanjeett, Ashwini Kalsekar and Murli Sharma.
It is the official adaptation of the 1982 movie Angoor which was based on William Shakespeare's play The Comedy of Errors. The film is scheduled for release on 31 December 2021.
