Actor Arjun Mathur, who is currently shooting for the second season of ‘Made In Heaven’, hit the gym on Tuesday and updated fans about his fitness gameplan. In his post, Arjun said that he has been able to the desired result with extreme self discipline, will power and hard work after and an extremely toxic and unhealthy lockdown.
Posting the picture on his Instagram from the gym, Arjun captioned: "Finally starting to get somewhere.No shortcuts. No substitutes. Just 4 months of extreme discipline, self-control, will-power and hard bloody work after an extremely toxic and unhealthy lockdown. Under the immaculate guidance of @samir_jaura and @thephysiquearchitect. No pain, no gainzzz."
The actor got an encouraging response for his fitness journey from film industry colleagues like Sanjay Kapoor, Karsh Kale and Shweta Tripathi.
Arjun will next been seen in an investigative thriller film ‘Silence... Can You Hear It?’ alongside Manoj Bajpayee, Prachi Desai, Barkha Singh and Sahil Vaid in key roles.
It is written and directed by Aban Bharucha Deohans. The film is set to be released digitally on ZEE5 on 26 March 2021.
He will also feature in second season of psychological thriller web series ‘The Gone Game’. It was shot almost entirely within the confines of their homes, directed remotely. It premiered on Voot in August, 2020. It also starred Sanjay Kapoor, Shweta Tripathi, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Rukhsar Rehman and Indraneil Sengupta in key roles.
