Last year was a tough time for everyone. The entertainment industry also suffered a lot, shoots were cancelled, films releases were postponed and life almost came to a standstill. But once again the industry is adapting to the new scenario and life is getting back to a new normal. Shakti Kapoor will soon be seen in a film titled 'Not Reachable' and he spoke to News Helpline about the film and much more.
Talking about the difficult times during Corona, he said, "The industry was at a big loss because of Corona. But now shoots are resuming with safety measures. Theatres are opening, movies are getting shot and the industry has now come together to overcome this difficult time.Slowly and steadily the Industry is coming back to normal'
Talking about his film 'Not Reachable' he said, "I have already shot for four films during Corona times. When this film was offered to me, I loved the subject of the film. I am sure this film will make its way to the festivals because of such a powerful subject. There are so many suspense elements in the film which the audience will surely love."
Shakti Kapoor was very close to Rishi Kapoor and Rajiv Kapoor. Sharing his grief, he said, "I was very close to both the brothers. No one had ever imagined that this would happen. But as their father said, 'The show must go on' so we all will have to move on."
Shakti Kapoor will soon be seen in Hungama 2 which is a sequel to 2003 film 'Hungama'. The film is directed by Priyadarshan and it features Paresh Rawal, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Meezaan Jaffery and Pranita Subhash.
