Actor turned author Twinkle Khanna shared an adorable picture of herself and actor Akshay Kumar to celebrate her 20th Wedding Anniversary on Sunday.
Twinkle Khanna wrote a heartfelt note, which read, “You are the beauty and the brawn in this partnership and I can’t even say I am the brain, because you are smarter than me. We don’t need each other to be complete (that’s just a cliche from soppy ballads) but we want to have the other one around always and that is perhaps the only way it is meant to be. Happy Anniversary Mr K”
Mesmerised by the sweet anniversary post by her wife, Akshay Kumar also shared a beautiful message.
He wrote, “The surest I’ve ever been of a partnership...twenty years of togetherness and you still make my heart flutter and sometimes even drive me up the wall but then again I wouldn’t have it any other way coz a smile is never far when you are near…Happy anniversary Tina”
The couple had tied the knot on January 17, 2001. They are now parents to two children.
On the work front, Akshay was last seen in 'Laxxmi'. His next few projects are Bell Bottom, Sooryavanshi, Prithviraj, Bachchan Pandey, Ram Sethu, Atrangi Re and more.
Bell Bottom is a forthcoming spy thriller film directed by Ranjit M Tewari. The film is written by Aseem Arrora and Parveez Sheikh, with production by Pooja Entertainment and Emmay Entertainment.
It also stars Vaani Kapoor, Lara Dutta and Huma Qureshi in other prominent roles. The film is scheduled to be released on 2 April 2021.
