There was a time when Kangana Ranaut was not active on social media and only her team used to post on her behalf. Last year, she joined social media and started handling her own accounts. Today the actress has crossed 3 Million followers on Twitter and she thanked her fans with a special thank you note.
Posting a tweet, she wrote, "Thank you everyone, I joined in last August this was my team handle with few thousand followers I never thought so soon we will be 3 million of us, twitter is distracting at times, but it's also fun, thank you."
Since the time, the actress has started tweeting herself, she has been surrounded with controversies. Every other day, she is involved with a war of words with one or the other celebrities. Her latest twitter spat with Diljit Dosanjh aver the contentious Farm Bill became the most talked about tweet-wars of 2020.
She never minces her words and openly expresses her views on twitter. Even then she has a huge fan following and today her twitter family has over 3 million followers.
On the workfront, the actress is currently busy in preparing her role for the film 'Dhaakad' which will be directed by Razneesh Ghai.
She recently finished shooting for 'Thalaivi' which is a biographical film covering the life of Jayalalithaa, late politician and film actress who even served six terms as the Chief Minister of Tamil Naidu .
The film is directed by A.L.Vijay and produced by Vishnu Vardhan Induri and Shailesh R. Singh. The film also features Arvind Swami and Prakash Raj in prominent roles. It is simultaneously shot in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu under the same title.
