GHMC Elections: BJP Goes To High Court Challenging Telangana SEC’s New Rule That Any Mark On Ballot Paper Will Be Considered As Legitimate Vote, High Court Strikes Off The Order

The Telangana state BJP has filed an emergency petition in Telangana HC challenging KCR Government & Telangana State Election Commission's new rule at the last minute that any mark (not just SWASTIK) on the ballot paper will be considered as a legitimate vote.

The latest breaking news is  TS High court strikes off the order given by TS SEC. Pen marked etc will be counted as void.

The accused TRS government due to fear of loss have stooped down to murdering democracy at midnight. They claim this shows they have rigged in the last hour, and have marked the ballots papers with a pen. They also claim KTR is frightened.

The petition is coming for a hearing this afternoon.
